Glenn Shield

Glenn Shield has more than 45 years practical experience in the Cable TV Industry; the last 35 years spent developing and conducting training courses for Canada's leading Cable operators, including Rogers Communications Inc., Eastlink and Shaw Cable Systems.

His relaxed, informal style and his unique ability to explain complex subject material in an easy to understand manner has been instrumental in the success of any of the courses Glenn has conducted. Glenn has designed and delivered a variety of training courses in Canada, the United States and the United Arab Emirates, for technical and non-technical staff.

As well, he has been retained over the last 25+ years by the Government of British Columbia Apprenticeship Branch to develop and teach the 'Broadband Network Technician Course' for the CATV Provincial Apprenticeship program. Glenn was an advisor to the National Cable Television Institute (NCTI) for the development of their course curriculum.

Denise Wallace

Denise Wallace uses her expertise to motivate individuals, teams and organizations to improve productivity and profitability through the design and delivery of customized training programs in her areas of expertise. She has completed extensive training in the telecommunications and engineering industries for the past 21 years

Denise has professionally trained in organizations in both the United States and Canada. Her University qualifications include a Major in Education and she is a Certified Trainer for such programs as: Digital and Internet Technology, Conflict Resolution In The Workplace, Performance Coaching & Leadership, Sales and Customer Service-Achieve Global, etc.

She was instrumental in piloting several corporate strategic change-over trainings of new technologies and has recently been involved with the design, development, and delivery of Fiber Optic Installation and Troubleshooting for Field Technicians in the telecommunications field for both Wireless and Cable.
